Refund policy
All hair extension sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any hair that has been:

Opened from its original packaging

Unwrapped or untied
-
Installed or partially installed
-
Cut (including lace closures)
-
Colored, toned, or chemically processed
-
Worn or tampered with in any way
If you believe you have received the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the product in its original, unused condition. Please note texture, density, and styling preferences do not qualify as product defects.
Failure to contact us within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered.
We reserve the right to deny any chargeback claims where product has been delivered, used, altered, or installed in violation of this policy.
